Most residential patios take a few days to install once the design is approved and materials are on site. Larger patios, curved layouts and add-ons can take longer, and we'll give you a realistic timeline with your quote.
Yes, when it's built on the right foundation. We excavate, install and compact a solid base, and use edge restraints to keep the pavers locked in place, so your patio stays level through sandy soil, heavy rain and coastal storms.
For most coastal homes, yes. Pavers flex slightly as the ground shifts instead of cracking like a concrete slab, and if one is ever damaged, it can be replaced on its own. They also come in far more colors, shapes and patterns.
Very little upkeep is needed. Sweep and rinse it regularly, pull any weeds that appear in the joints, and top off the joint sand every so often. Many homeowners also choose to seal their pavers to help protect the color and reduce staining.
